The BPOU is a growing community organization focused on building camaraderie amongst Black physicians in Utah, addressing health disparities faced by people of color in Utah, and mentoring the next generation of Black medical professionals. BPOU membership is currently free.

You are invited to join if you reside or have ties to Utah, are passionate about helping us achieve our mission, and fall into one of the following categories:

  • A Resident or Fellow
  • A Physician
  • Allied Healthcare Providers (Dentists, Therapists, APP, PAs, Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers)

Race or ethnicity is not considered for membership.
