Research Opportunities for Pre-Med and Med Students
University of Utah School of Medicine
Department: Emergency Medicine – Assistant Professor
Dr. Hoareau is a veterinarian with board certification in Emergency and Critical Care and a Ph.D. in Integrative Pathobiology. His research focuses on acute care translational research with an interest in military resuscitation. Specifically, he studies novel therapeutic approaches to mitigate ischemia-reperfusion injury in hemorrhagic shock.
